After illustrating the covers, I felt inspired to develop visually character of Dasha through her outfits and the things in her backpack, which describe her passion for journalism and just her everyday school life

This project is a work that contained book covers for yet unreleased book “My May” by Polina Shcherbak. Illustrations have participated in the competition “Book Cover Super” held from January to March 2025 by the publishing house "Albus Corvus"
A short excerpt from the text was given, which told a brief story of schoolgirl named Dasha, who one day dyed her hair bright green, and as a reader we see how her classmates and teachers react on this change. Based on this excerpt, book covers were illustrated
